Integrated project for the redevelopment of the Grand Hotel Gardone and its conversion under the LXR by Hilton brand, a 5-star luxury hotel.
A laser scanner survey and an HBIM model of the entire building were carried out to support structural design, mechanical, electrical and special systems, fire safety consulting, acoustic design, and specialized construction supervision.
The project combines the preservation of historical value with international hospitality standards, ensuring energy efficiency, comfort, soundproofing, and safety.
The BIM approach guarantees quality control, clash detection, and a digital twin useful for facility management and maintenance.
