Spazio Flaminio Residence
Description
Integrated project for the construction of the new Residence Spazio Flaminio in Rome. Activities include a laser scanner survey and BIM modeling of the urban context to support interdisciplinary coordination, landscape integration, and the verification of interferences with existing underground utilities and infrastructure. On the basis of the digital model, the mechanical and electrical systems design was developed.
The project targets energy efficiency and residential comfort, with low-consumption solutions, air-quality measures, thermo-hygrometric and lighting control, as well as metering and monitoring systems for smart building management. The BIM approach enables clash detection, data-informed construction planning, and variant traceability, reducing execution time and risk.
