Integrated project for the redevelopment of the Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu, in Costa Smeralda, set to become part of the new W by Marriott brand, 5-star luxury. The scope covered the design of mechanical, electrical, and special systems, aimed at enhancing the building’s energy performance and comfort in line with Marriott Group’s high international standards.
The intervention combines efficiency, innovation, and systems design to support a new luxury hospitality experience, enhancing the property’s Mediterranean identity while ensuring sustainability, operational reliability, and service quality.
